What We Can Create

We offer two types of custom orders:

Bespoke Designs

If you have an idea that isn't in our shop, we can design and create it from scratch. From unique personalised keepsakes to one-off gifts for a special occasion, just get in touch and tell us what you have in mind. We'll let you know what's possible and guide you through the process from start to finish.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Looking to order in larger quantities? We're happy to discuss bulk orders for weddings, events, corporate gifting, or wholesale. Please get in touch with your requirements and we'll put together a quote for you.

How It Works

  1. Get in touch — Fill in the contact form below with as much detail as possible about what you're looking for
  2. We'll get back to you — We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 working days
  3. We'll agree the details — Once we understand what you need, we'll confirm the design, pricing, and timescale
  4. We get to work — Your bespoke item is made to order in our Staffordshire studio with the same care and attention we give to every piece
  5. Delivery — Your order is dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and on its way to you

Good to Know

  • Custom orders are priced individually depending on the complexity of the design
  • Bulk order discounts are available — please include your required quantity in your enquiry
  • Turnaround times for custom and bulk orders may be longer than our standard 2 working day production time — we'll always confirm this before you commit
  • A deposit may be required for larger or more complex orders
  • As all custom orders are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or faulty
