Personalised Items

Because all of our personalised products are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. Please take care when entering your personalisation details at the time of ordering, as we make each item exactly as specified.

If you are unsure about anything before placing your order, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.


Non-Personalised Items

If you've purchased a non-personalised item and wish to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs will be discussed at the time — this will depend on the circumstances of the return.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally things can get damaged in transit. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a clear photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

Please do not return a damaged item without contacting us first.
