How long will my order take?

All of our products are made to order in our Staffordshire studio. Please allow up to 2 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2 working days, and 2nd Class post within 2 to 4 working days.

Can I have anything written on my order?

Yes! All of our personalised products can be customised with your own wording. Simply enter your chosen text in the personalisation field on the product page when you order. If you have something specific in mind that isn't covered by the standard options, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

Yes, proofs are available on request. Just drop us a message after ordering and we'll send you a preview before we go to print.

What format should I send my photo in?

You can upload your photo or paw print image directly on the product page when placing your order. We accept most common image formats including JPG and PNG. For the best result, please send the original file from your phone or camera rather than a screenshot, and make sure the image is well lit and in focus.

My photo isn't great quality, can you still use it?

We can make changes to your order providing production hasn't started. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to help. Once your item is in production we're unable to make changes, so please double check your personalisation details before confirming your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We pack every order carefully, but occasionally things can get damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as we can.

Do you work with businesses such as vet practices or pet crematoriums?

Yes, we work with businesses who want to offer our pet memorial keepsakes to their clients as a meaningful way to remember a much-loved pet. How long does delivery take at busy times like Christmas?

During busy periods, production and postal times can be longer than usual. We'd always recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment, especially in the run up to Christmas when demand is high and Royal Mail is at its busiest. We'll always do our best to get your order to you in time. If you have a specific date you need it by, get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know if it's achievable.
