Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All of our products are made to order in our Staffordshire studio. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods such as Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always let you know if this is the case.
Shipping Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. We currently offer the following options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — for ceramic keepsakes and personalised gifts. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class — for greeting cards. Please note this service is untracked.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2 working days
- Royal Mail 2nd Class — 2 to 4 working days
These are Royal Mail's estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. During busy postal periods, deliveries may take a little longer.
Tracking Your Order
If your order is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, you'll receive a tracking number by email once it has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Orders sent by 2nd Class post are untracked and we are unable to provide updates on their whereabouts once posted.
We Currently Ship to the UK Only
At this time we are only able to accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
