Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you and what to do if something isn't right.


Production Time

All of our products are made to order in our Staffordshire studio. Please allow 2 working days for your item to be made before it is dispatched. During busy periods such as Christmas, production times may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to keep you updated.


Shipping

  • All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail from our Staffordshire studio
  • Standard delivery via Royal Mail tracked 48hr is available at checkout
  • Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email

Need It by a Specific Date?

If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. During peak periods such as Christmas we recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.


Returns

As all of our products are personalised and made to order especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

Cancellations & Amendments

As our items go into production shortly after your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or amend orders once production has begun. Please take care to check all personalisation details before completing your purchase.


Your Rights

Personalised and custom made items are exempt from the standard 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.
