How long will my order take?
Every item is made to order in our Staffordshire workshop. Please allow 2 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Once sent, delivery is typically 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48
How is my order delivered?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
How do I send my photo or personalisation details?
Simply add your chosen wording in the personalisation box at checkout. If your order includes a photo, you can send it to us by replying to your order confirmation email. For the best results, please use a clear, high-resolution image.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
As your item goes into production quickly, we may not always be able to make changes once an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
What is your returns policy?
As each item is personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will put it right straight away.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely, we love custom orders! If you have something specific in mind that you can't find in our shop, please get in touch and we'll do our best to create something special for you.
